Payments & Deposits

Once your initial assessment is complete, you’ll be able to secure your appointment by paying your deposit using the link provided. We’ll confirm the exact deposit amount after your assessment.

As December is a busy period with limited availability, full payment will be required during this month.

We also accept bank transfers—just make sure to include your full name as the reference when making payment.

A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your booking.

A few important things to note:

• Missed appointments, including anti-wrinkle reviews, will have a £20 rebooking fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 5 days of your appointment or if you do not attend.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded.
